‘Power outages which continue nationwide despite assurances of ending soon has been blamed on GRIDCO sabotage.
According to an activist of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Sir Obama Pokuase, the latest power outages can be blamed on power GRIDCO officials sabotaging government.
“I thought someone assured us all that in 10 days from the day he was issuing the supposed statement, the power outages would stop.Two weeks afterwards and it is getting more frustrating.Sleep without light at mcarthyhill yesternight.” He wrote .
He added: “Light came around 11 am.It is 12:27 pm and the lights have gone out again.Or is it still local challenges as the ECG boss told us? Local challenges with national dimensions. Election year paa and you are sitting down for that foolish politics being played out at GRIDCO by way of sabotaging the govt to continue? Why not fire all those politically tainted directors there who are ” allegedly” for some party which wants this govt to fail?”
